Counter service is available from 9am to 4.30pm on Mondays to Fridays by appointment only.
Counter service is for cheque collection only.
Cheque collection will be available from 2.30pm to 4.30pm on Mondays to Fridays, by appointment only.
Forms must be submitted by email to [email protected].
Submission of hardcopies over the counter will not be allowed during this period.
Services remained unchanged. Parties can file their applications on weekday, from 9am to 4.30pm.
SMC remains open for filing of mediation cases only. This is to be done online. Mediation sessions will not take place until the Government-mandated circuit breaker period is over.
All membership services, including applications for fee waivers, will continue to be offered online. Please login to the customer portal via sal.org.sg.
